Wastewater Treatment

Sewage

Using our techniques, we can reduce:

  • The real estate footprint of sewage treatment plants by >70.

  • Eliminate use of chemicals.

  • Virtually eliminate sludge

  • Reduce power consumption by 80-85%

Textile dye wastewater recycling

Current plants are designed with 50-70 year old technologies.

Our modern approach has performed better than conventional systems:

  • Real estate footprint reduced by  >80%

  • Reduced operating expense (>70% reduction)

  • Maximum recycle. (90%)

  • No sludge.

Molasses ethanol plants

Wastewater from such plants is very toxic. There are recalcitrant compounds that need to be broken down before they can be biologically degraded.

Hydrodynamic cavitation increases the BI (biodegradability Index) so that the water can be treated with biological means.

Wastewater from pyrolysis units

Pyrolysis of sewage or animal manure sludge can be an energy source. However, pyrolysis produces many PAH (Polyaromatic Hydrocarbons), sulfur (H2S) and other toxic contaminants. Our specialized design eliminates these compounds and oxidizes the sulfur to elemental form.
