Catalytic scale reducer

 

This patented catalyst promotes the precipitation of hardness scale. The nano particles of the scale are not affected by concentration polarization at the reverse osmosis membrane surface and pass through to the reject stream like fine solids. Anti scalant chemicals are eliminated in the pretreatment rendering the brine (reject) chemical free.


Controlled Hydrodynamic Cavitation

 

Cavitation has proven to eliminate the need to add chemicals to evaporative cooling tower loops:

  • No scale inhibitors.

  • No biocides

  • No pH control

  • Substantial increase in CoC (Cycles of Concentration)

  • Chemical free blowdown.


Capacitive Deionization

 

This technology uses nano materials as electrode coatings to form a double layer capacitor when a potential is applied. The oppositely charged ions in water are attracted to the electrodes under potential, and the water is rendered salt free. A reversal of the charge regenerates the electrodes to be used again.
